WHY GENERATIVITY?

Margaret Mead reminds us that if we are to achieve a richer culture…

"Rich in contrasting values, we must recognize the whole gamut of human potentialities and so weave a less arbitrary social fabric, one in which each diverse human gift will find a fitting place"

margaret

And according to Peter Senge (MIT professor)…

“Real learning gets to the heart of what it is to be human. We become able to re-create ourselves. ... But for a learning organization, “adaptive learning” must be joined by “generative learning”, learning that enhances our capacity to create"
